1. Subject of the agreement
The publisher grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Crystal Match mobile game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The game itself is distributed free of charge. Some additional content is available for a fee.
2. Accepting the offer
The offer is considered accepted the moment you install or launch the game. If you do not agree with any clause, please uninstall the game.
3. Virtual items and purchases
Crystals, coins, boosters and other in-game items are a licence to use game content, not property, currency or an investment.
All payments are processed by Google Play or the App Store under their own rules. We do not receive or store your card details.
Virtual items have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money.
4. Refunds
Refund requests are handled by the store you purchased from, according to Google Play and App Store policy.
If a purchase was not delivered because of a technical fault on our side, write to support@crystalmatch.game and we will restore the item or help you get a refund.
5. Rules of use
It is forbidden to modify the game, use bots or third-party tools, exploit bugs for advantage, or buy and sell accounts.
Breaking these rules may lead to loss of progress or a permanent block without compensation.
6. Intellectual property
All game content — code, art, music, characters and the Crystal Match name — belongs to the publisher and is protected by copyright.
7. Limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not liable for lost progress caused by device failure, deleting the app or actions of third parties.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the game, its balance and these terms. The current version is always published on this page.
You may terminate the agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.
