1. General Provisions & Publisher Details
This document constitutes an official Public Offer (under the laws of Ukraine) issued by Sole Proprietor (FOP) Subach Artem Volodymyrovych (Tax ID / RNOKPP: 2935907270, hereinafter referred to as the "Publisher"). This offer is addressed to any individual (hereinafter the "User") who downloads, installs, or uses the mobile game "Crystal Blast" (the "Game").
2. Grant of License
The Publisher grants the User a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The Game is free to download. Optional in-game items and virtual currency may be available for purchase.
3. Acceptance & Age Restrictions
This Agreement is a contract of adhesion. Downloading, installing, or launching the Game constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please delete the Game immediately.
Users must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has accepted these Terms on your behalf.
4. Virtual Items & Purchases
Crystals, coins, boosters, and other virtual goods represent a limited license right within the Game. They do not constitute real property, legal tender, or financial assets, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency.
All payment transactions are processed exclusively by Google Play or Apple App Store. The Publisher does not collect or store your payment card details.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests are governed by the rules and policies of Google Play or Apple App Store in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws regarding digital goods.
By purchasing virtual goods that are delivered immediately, you acknowledge that performance begins right away and service is deemed fully delivered upon crediting the items. If an item is missing due to a technical error on our side, contact info@crystalblastgame.com for assistance.
6. User Rules & Prohibitions
When playing the Game, you agree not to:
Reverse engineer, modify code, or use bots, cheats, or unauthorized third-party software.
Exploit bugs for unfair advantages.
Buy, sell, or transfer accounts or virtual goods to third parties.
Violations may result in account termination and loss of game progress without compensation.
7. Intellectual Property
All Game materials — including code, graphics, sounds, characters, and the "Crystal Blast" brand — are the exclusive property of the Publisher, protected under Ukrainian intellectual property laws and international treaties.
8. Privacy
The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our standalone Privacy Policy, accessible on this website.
Problem reports. The User may send a report from an error window. This happens only with the User's separate consent: together with the report, the text of the system error, the advertising identifier, the device type and model, the operating system version, the screen size and the device language are sent. This data is used only to fix the problem and is destroyed as soon as it is solved.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided on an "AS IS" basis. The Publisher is not liable for loss of progress caused by device malfunction, app deletion, or third-party actions.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ukraine.
