1. Who we are
Crystal Blast is a mobile game for Android and iOS. The publisher acts as the data controller for the information described in this policy.
You can reach us at any time at info@crystalblastgame.com with any question about your data.
2. What we collect
Game data: level progress, score, collected crystals, boosters and in-game purchases.
Technical data: device model, operating system version, language, approximate region, anonymous device identifier and crash reports.
Problem reports: if you send a report yourself from an error window (for example when a video does not play), we receive the text of your report and, only with your separate consent, the minimum device data: the text of the system error, the advertising identifier, the device type and model, the operating system version, the screen size and the device language. A copy of the report reaches the support mailbox.
Advertising data: your device advertising ID (Advertising ID), IP address, and data about ad views and interactions. Ads are personalised with this data only with your consent.
Account data: only if you choose to link an email — the address and a password hash.
We never collect your contacts, photos, precise location, messages or payment card numbers.
3. Why we use it
To save your progress and restore it on a new device.
To run tournaments and leaderboards, and to prevent cheating.
To find and fix crashes and balance issues.
To review your problem report and fix the problem.
To process purchases made through the Google Play and App Store billing systems.
To show ads, including rewarded videos, which help keep the game free.
4. Children
The game is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
5. Sharing with third parties
We use a small number of providers: cloud hosting for game saves, an analytics and crash-reporting service, and the Google Play and Apple billing platforms.
The hosting, analytics and billing providers process data only on our instructions. The advertising partners described in section 6 decide for themselves why they process advertising data. We do not sell your data for money.
6. Advertising and your consent
The game shows ads, including rewarded videos that you watch by choice. Ads are served through the Unity LevelPlay mediation platform, which connects ad networks including Unity Ads and ironSource (Unity Technologies).
These partners may receive your device advertising ID, IP address and ad interaction data in order to show ads and measure their performance. Unity privacy policy: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
On first launch the game asks whether you allow your device data to be used to show more relevant ads. The legal basis is your consent.
If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalised with your data. The game works the same either way.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: Settings → "Privacy settings". You can also reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings (Google: Settings → Google → Ads; Apple: Privacy → Tracking).
7. Storage and security
Game data is stored on servers inside the European Union and is transmitted over encrypted connections. Advertising partners may process advertising data outside the EU under their own policies.
We keep account data while your account exists and for up to 30 days after deletion, after which it is erased or fully anonymised.
Data from a problem report (the text, the system error, the advertising identifier and device data) is kept only until the problem is solved and is destroyed as soon as it is solved, together with the copy of the report in the support mailbox.
8. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent to analytics and to personalised advertising at any time.
Send the request from the email linked to your account to info@crystalblastgame.com. We answer within 30 days.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page and show a notice inside the game before the changes take effect.
